How much does it cost and when do I pay?
Searching for a home, sending a request and booking viewings cost nothing.
You book the viewing by saving your card, with no charge. You pay €199 only if, after the viewing, you and the landlord both confirm.
If the landlord backs out, we refund you. It's all included: contract, signature, registration, handover report and automatic rent payment.
What is the Zero Surprises Guarantee?
You only pay after the confirmation viewing. First you see in person that the home is as described in the listing and as you expected.
If something doesn't match, you don't confirm and you pay nothing.
Is the listing still available?
If you can see it online, yes.
When landlord and tenant confirm together after the viewing, the listing is marked as rented and leaves the portals. The other requests are closed with a message.
And you always get a reply from the landlord.
What does «Landlord and property verified» mean?
It's the badge on listings where we have checked the landlord's identity and that the property really is theirs.
No scams, no wasted time: look for it before sending a request.
How do I book a visit?
From the listing: send a request and choose one of the landlord's time slots, or propose your own.
To book, you save your card, but there's no charge, not even if you can't make it in the end.
You see the exact address once the viewing is confirmed.
If the landlord doesn't confirm in time, we let you know: you can propose other slots or look for other homes.
Why do I have to save a card to book the viewing? Do you charge me anything?
Saving the payment method involves no automatic charge: it only confirms the viewing, on Stripe.
The €199 fee, a one-time payment, applies only if both of you, landlord and tenant, choose to go ahead after the viewing.
There are no other costs.
What is the certified enquiry and how do I get it?
You certify it once, by uploading your documents. We check identity, creditworthiness and income against the rent.
It's free and the outcome usually arrives within 24 hours, barring exceptions. It's valid for all your requests, which are highlighted.
It isn't compulsory, but you're up to 3 times more likely to find a home. The landlord doesn't see your documents.
What is Zero Deposit?
It's a premium option on listings with the Zero Deposit badge.
Instead of paying the deposit you pay €24.99 a month, and we provide the guarantee to the landlord. Requires a certified request.
What if the landlord then backs out?
After the confirmation you can't withdraw from the app: write to Support, which checks and decides.
If it's the landlord who backs out, the €199 comes back to you within 30 days, after a check. You get it back by the same payment method.
The only exception is if the home turns out to be rented to you.
If your card is declined at confirmation, you have 48 hours to update it. The full rules are in the Terms of service.
